What payment terms do you accept for large volume orders?
Payment options include Alibaba Payment or bank transfer. Sample orders require full payment upfront. For mass production orders, we typically require wire transfer (T/T) (30% deposit, 70% before shipment). For long-term partners, we are happy to discuss letter of credit (L/C) or open account (OA) payment methods.

Do you accept third-party factory audits?
Absolutely. We welcome you or third-party agencies to audit our facility. We are confident in our ISO 9001 management system and production standards.

Can you customize the firmware or startup screen with my brand logo?
Yes. For ODM projects, we offer deep firmware customization, including custom boot logos, UI language modification, and default setting adjustments to match your brand identity.

What is the lead time for mass production?
It usually takes 25-35 business days after successful payment.
