Is there a camera made for learning that's easy for your child to use?

I recently saw this camera on a shopping app and thought it' might be perfect as a first camera for parents to get their kids. Most parents don’t want their kids to get stuck on phones, so they’d pick a simple digital camera to help them capture daily moments or school stuff. But would price and long battery life be a big deal for parents? Or what do you care about most?
